Yes! If you complete at least 10 sessions in a month, you will receive 1 FREE 30-minute call or a 25% discount for a 60-minute call. If you complete 20 sessions or more in a month, you will have the choice between 2 FREE 60-minute calls or 5 FREE 30-minute calls. This must be redeemed within the calendar year.

By watching footage alongside a coach, goalkeepers are able to engage in meaningful discussions, ask questions about their performance, and gain a true insight into how they can improve.

Tactical Awareness- Video analysis enables goalkeepers to gain a deeper understanding of how to anticipate plays, communicate effectively, organize their defense more efficiently in future matches and more.

Shaper Decision Making and Strong Mental Resilience- By reviewing real-game moments, goalkeepers are able to reflect on their decisions under pressure, build confidence, composure, and a stronger psychological approach to the game.

Skill Improvement- A slow (frame by frame) analysis enables players to examine and reflect on their technique in handling, catching, diving, positioning, distribution, and more. Through this, goalkeepers are made aware of small technical details that can lead to massive improvement and good habits they must continue to reinforce.

Enhanced Understanding of Goalkeeping- Video analysis allows goalkeepers to understand why they must constantly adjust their positioning to be ready for any situation, be quick on their feet and have sharp decision-making skills.

Absolutely! Some people prefer to meet in person to go over the analysis of their performance. The meeting can take place after a training session or at a different location (including your home). Anything beyond 15 miles of a coach’s residence may result in additional fees (not to exceed $50) to cover gas and mileage. Fees are determined based on the location.

Yes! You do not have to pay for this service. This is something you can do on your own, at any time. The main benefit of this service is that you will be receiving insight and knowledge from experienced coaches with proven expertise.

Once you have booked a video analysis session, you will receive a link (OneDrive, Google Drive or other) where you will be able to upload the clips or videos. If possible, please send a high quality video.

Once we have received your clips/videos, we will watch and thoroughly analyze them, then take some notes to share with you during the meeting. Depending on the length of what is sent, this process might take 3-14 days to be completed. Once we are done with our analysis, you will receive the meeting link. In other words, if you schedule a meeting and we determine that the analysis of the clips or videos sent will not be completed before the scheduled time, we will reschedule that planned session to a later time.

We understand that life happens. As outlined in the Cancellation Policy, rescheduling requests can be accommodated at no extra cost, up to 3 consecutive times. Anything beyond that may result in $50 administration fee and/or future requests may simply be denied. Being a no-show may result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the amount of the session + $50 no-show fee. The balance must be paid in full before any subsequent sessions can be booked. Otherwise, all booking requests may be declined immediately upon receipt.
